why degree is worthless

Tik tok tik tok tik tok my eyes are fixed on the clock, every second feels like a minute and every minute felt like an hour. I am already board to death by all the games on my mobile and theirs nothing much to do here. Every one is sleepy and tired no one really wants to be here including the teacher but somehow here we are. I don't even know which chapter or hell sometime which subject we are suppose to be studying.  So why are we here for what, well the answer is ATTENDANCE. Yes, you see in most colleges the way teaches make sure that student attend classes is by having a minimum attendance requirement of 75% at least and in my college it went up to 85%. Because who wants to make education fun , interesting, or even relevant, no one is allowed to question why are we learning all this and how will it be used in industry, nobody cares. All our curriculum is decided by some board without any input from industry, not much has changed in last 20 years some chapter gets shuffled around but that's it. But practices in industries have changed so much that what we are learning today is history not actual engineering. I wonder sometimes that teachers actually believe that they are improving our future or they just care about their salary. The teachers who actually believe that their subjects mattered were the worse. They were like Arnub Goswami who yells at politician thinking he is change India by doing so. I wonder how many student would turn up in classes if attendance restriction is removed, not many I guess.

This went on for 4 years once you get your degree you think ohh I can get a job now only to find out that their are 10 billion other student with same useless degree as you also searching for job. Once you get a job( by connections or mass recruiter ) you find out, your fear was right you know nothing and all this time and energy is wasted for good. And to get what a worthless piece of paper what's the point of all this. You think you drink you dread but everything after office & you wonder what else I could have done. I got good grades in school in college so why I am so useless now. Is this all that life has to offer you go from one soul crushing experience to another will it ever change and how? How can I save my life, what I could have done to not be in situation.

Well, worry not their are things that you can do at college or well even after college to make sure you are on a right path in life. Here are 4 steps you can take today to not suffer thorough the hell of life.

Step 1: Accept the truth

This is hard for some people, after all getting a degree require effort and money. How can we call our degree worthless. Well to be frank it's not worthless it's just hyped. A BE/ BTech BCA BCom all degree are essentially the same. They are just a filter to get your career going. Yes you can't get a job without degree so have a degree any degree even a correspondence one but do have it. However, realize that it's not a magic wand that will get you a high paying job, you need competence to get a job. We will see how we can create competence in following step.

Step 2: Identify your area of competence

What the hell is this area of competence all about, glad you ask. Their must be some thing that you have done in your life that truly felt amazing. Like time has passed by and you haven't even realize it. And no not PUBG but you know for some people it's writing code or for some it's dancing or music. You have to identify what is the thing you can do every day of your life without wanting to kill yourself or better what you can do where time just fly by without even realizing it. If nothing comes to mind than you need more experience in life. Try something new things that you have never tried before. Their are going to be a lot of hit and miss in this step. But the idea is that their should be at least 3 things that you can commit to yourself for rest of your life.

Step 3: Study the industry behind your passion

So you have few thing that spark your interest, good you are already ahead of most people. But passion is not enough to build a career out of. You need to know the path you want to take is worth all the effort you are going to put into. So how to know your passion can turn into cash? Ask the internet well it's a start. Lets suppose you want to be a musician you are good with drums and you want to be a really success full drummer. Just google how to be a drummer it's not rocket science it's simple keep an open mind and read few article. Also when you are at it, also google how a drummer makes money. It will give you a lot of information about your choice. May be being a music teacher has more scope and realistic than being a musician. Keep an open mind and find out. Do this with all your option. You need to find out how to make money doing what you are passionate about and how realistic your goals are( how much money you can actually make).

Step 4: Create skill

After step 3 you should have only one option left. You are passionate about your goal you earn good money from it, now comes the hard part be a fucking god at it. You see not good but god. In any industry only top 20% people create more than 80% of content. Almost all the century has been scored by only handful of players. Messi & Ronaldo score almost all the goals, Federer & Nadal almost win all the grand slam. Inequality is the rule of nature. So if you are not at top 20 % of the industry you should quit and do something else in life. So with this mindset you should do the second most important thing. Find a good teacher. You can do online course but finding a teacher you can go to is crucial. Now creating skill require you to have patience, take things slowly at the beginning and built thing over time. It's also important to listen to any criticism of your skill, you see we all think that we are better at things than we are, it's important to realize your true skill level. It's okay to be bad at something that you are passionate about. As the saying goes every master was once a disaster.

why IQ matter

Albert Einstein was 5 when his father gave him a compass and asked little Albert, what do you think about it son. Little Albert was amazed that the compass needle always pointed to North no matter how much you turn the god damn compass it always pointed to north. You have to remember little Albert doesn't had google or internet and yet he figured out that their must be a giant magnet inside earth and this compass is behaving according to that magnetic field. It was a common knowledge back then that this is the case but little Albert didn't knew about this but he just figure it out. Now most 5 year old are not like that. If you give them compass they will probably try to put it into their mouth and cry that it taste bad. But little Albert was no ordinary child he would go on to become the most revolutionary scientist this planet has ever seen. His theories has been used to make Atom bombs to this very screen you are reading this on. Yes, most of the technology revolution that has happened in 20th century is because of Albert Einstein. Well in one line the answer is he had an IQ of 160. IQ also known asintelligence quotient is the measure of human intellect. Less than 70 is retard and more than 160 is a god dam genius. Here is the iq graph:
image.gif
For mortals like you and me we probably have an iq score of around 85 to 115. So, wait does that means that we are doomed to be mediocre in life based on our IQ score. Well, it's complicated. IQ is one of the parameter of your life very important but it is. Their are other parameters like the family you were born in, your country, and most importantly how you manage your life. You can have an IQ score of 160 but if you are playing computer games all day what's the point. Knowing your IQ matters because it can give you clear targets in life. For ex if Rahul Gandhi realize his IQ score he would probably change his target of becoming a PM. He is still a papu right?

  • IQ over 130: This is the cream, usually people with this score goes to IIT, IIM and other top institute. However, many people do miss IIT train despite having a very high IQ. Modi never went to an IIT but he seems like a man who belongs to IQ over 130. Most of the creative work in this world is done by these people, and they usually end up at the top of the ladder. If you want to create billion dollar empire make sure you have an IQ at this range.
  • IQ between 115 to 130: These people don't run the world but they sure help a lot. Most people in this category become entrepreneur, software developer or top bureaucrat. They create small and medium industry vital for job creation.
  • IQ between 100 to 115: People at this range do clerical jobs, work at call center, cashier, software tester etc. These are the bulk of service sector jobs, and this crowed is the most venerable to AI or automation. And you need to know your IQ if your job can be replaced in future.
  • IQ between 85 to 100: People at this range do menial jobs like delivery work, drivers, plumbers, and other working class jobs. Despite fear that these jobs might be replaced in future by robots these jobs will grow, because wages will always compete with investment in hardware. So, these jobs are safe.

The point of this article is, if you belong to IQ level of 100 - 115 you need to worry big about a computer replacing your job. In future almost all the job done by mid range IQ level people will be replaced by AI. So, what can we do? Glad you ask, people at this range should target to become small time entrepreneur & forget about getting a job. In India service sector is about to explode, demand for day care center, pet store/ care center, YouTube videos, gym, personal trainer, tiffin centers, hair salon are going to explode in coming years. Rather than hoping to get a government job or not not being replaced by AI be the master of you own destiny. Provide a service and reap benefits. You see despite your IQ our target in life should not be how to rule the world, but rather how to create a rich life.

summer training

An internship is a period of work experience offered by an organization for a limited period of time.[1] Once confined to medical graduates, the term is now used for a wide range of placements within businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies. They are typically undertaken by students and graduates looking to gain relevant skills and experience in a particular field. Employers benefit from these placements because they often recruit employees from their best interns, who have known capabilities, thus saving time and money in the long run. Internships are usually arranged by third-party organizations which recruit interns on behalf of industry groups. Rules vary from country to country about when interns should be regarded as employees. The system can be open to exploitation by unscrupulous employers.

Internships for professional careers are similar in some ways, but not as rigorous as apprenticeships for professions, trade, and vocational jobs. The lack of standardization and oversight leaves the term "internship" open to broad interpretation. Interns may be high school students, college and university students, or post-graduate adults. These positions may be paid or unpaid and are temporary.

Typically, an internship consists of an exchange of services for experience between the intern and the organization. Internships are used to determine if the intern still has an interest in that field after the real-life experience. In addition, an internship can be used to create a professional network that can assist with letters of recommendation or lead to future employment opportunities. The benefit of bringing an intern into full-time employment is that they are already familiar with the company, their position, and they typically need little to no training. Internships provide current college students the ability to participate in a field of their choice to receive hands on learning about a particular future career, preparing them for full-time work following graduation.

Internships exist in a wide variety of industries and settings. An internship can be paid, unpaid, or partially paid (in the form of a stipend) Internships may be part-time or full-time and are usually flexible with students' schedules. A typical internship lasts between one and four months, but can be shorter or longer, depending on the organization involved. The act of job shadowing may also constitute interning.

Paid internships are common in professional fields including medicine, architecture, science, engineering, law, business (especially accounting and finance), technology, and advertising.[9] Work experience internships usually occur during the second or third year of schooling. This type of internship is to expand an intern's knowledge both in their school studies and also at the company. The intern is expected to bring ideas and knowledge from school into the company.
Work research, virtual research (graduation) or dissertation: This is mostly done by students who are in their final year of school. With this kind of internship, a student does research for a particular company.The company can have something that they feel they need to improve, or the student can choose a topic within the company themselves. The results of the research study will be put in a report and often will have to be presented.
Unpaid internships are typically through non-profit charities and think tanks which often have unpaid or volunteer positions.
Partially-paid internships is when students are paid in the form of a stipend. Stipends are typically a fixed amount of money that is paid out on a regular basis. Usually, interns that are paid with stipends are paid on a set schedule associated with the organization.
Another type of internship growing in popularity is the virtual internship, in which the intern works remotely, and is not physically present at the job location. It provides the capacity to gain job experience without the conventional requirement of being physically present in an office. The internship is conducted via virtual means, such as phone, email, and web communication. Virtual interns generally have the opportunity to work at their own pace.
Internship for a fee
Companies in search of interns often find and place students in mostly unpaid internships, for a fee. These companies charge students to assist with research, promising to refund the fee if no internship is found.[14] The programs vary and aim to provide internship placements at reputable companies. Some companies may also provide controlled housing in a new city, mentorship, support, networking, weekend activities or academic credit.

Some companies specifically fund scholarships and grants for low-income applicants.[5] Critics of internships criticize the practice of requiring certain college credits to be obtained only through unpaid internships.[15] Depending on the cost of the school, this is often seen as an unethical practice, as it requires students to exchange paid-for and often limited tuition credits to work an uncompensated job.[16] Paying for academic credits is a way to ensure students complete the duration of the internship, since they can be held accountable by their academic institution. For example, a student may be awarded academic credit only after their university receives a positive review from the intern's supervisor at the sponsoring organization.[17]

4G

4G means fourth generation of broadband technology, succeeding 3G. It has, however, been debated whether first-release versions should be considered 4G, as discussed in the technical understanding section below. IP telephony, gaming services, high-definition mobile TV, video conferenc.
The first-release Long Term Evolution (LTE) standard was commercially deployed in Oslo, Norway, and Stockholm, it has since been deployed throughout most parts of the world.A 4G system must provide capabilities defined by ITU in IMT Advanced. Potential and current applications include amended mobile web access,
Technical understandings
In March 2008, the International Telecommunications Union-Radio communications sector  was specified a set of requirements for 4G standards, named the International Mobile  Advanced  specification, setting peak  requirements for 4G service at 100 megabits per second  for high mobility communication  and 1 gigabit per second  for low mobility communication
.[1]
Since the first-release versions of Mobile WiMAX and LTE support much less than 1 Gbit/s peak bit rate, they are not fully IMT-Advanced compliant, but are often branded 4G by service providers. According to operators, a generation of the refers to the deployment of a new non- technology. On December 6, 2010, ITU-R recognized that these two technologies, as well as other beyond-3G technologies that do not fulfill the IMT-Advanced requirements, could nevertheless be considered "4G", provided they represent forerunners to IMT-Advanced compliant versions and "a substantial level of improvement in performance and capabilities with respect to the initial third generation systems now deployed".
[2]
Mobile WiMAX Release 2 (also known as WirelessMAN-Advanced or  802.16m') and LTE Advanced (LTE-A) are IMT-Advanced compliant backwards compatible  of the above two systems, standardized during the spring 2011,[citation needed] and promising speeds in the order of 1 Gbit/s. Services were expected in 2013.[needs update]
As opposed to earlier generations, a 4G system does not support traditional circuit-switched telephony service, but all-Internet Protocol (IP) based communication such as IP telephony. As seen below, the spread spectrum radio technology used in 3G systems is abandoned in all 4G candidate systems and replaced by OFDMA multi-carrier transmission and other frequency-domain equalization (FDE) schemes, making it possible to transfer very high bit rates despite extensive multi-path radio propagation (echoes). The peak bit rate is further improved by smart antenna arrays for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communications.

oops concept in java

Java Training (Emrotech : 987603079)

Object Oriented Programming
In the case of the object oriented programming,we have the concept of classes and objects.
The class defines the  general category and the object is the instance or occurrence of the class. Suppose ,
 Diagram explaining the classes & objects

Features of Object Oriented Porgramming
1. Encapsulation
2. Data Abstraction
3. Data Hiding
4. Inheritance
5. Polymorphism

1. Encapsulation :
The process of binding the data items as well as the code which manipulate these data items into a single entity is known as encapulation and that entity is known as the class.

2. Data Abstraction :
As we know that the class contains the data items and as well as the methods or function which manipulate these data items. But , if we want to access any of the member of the class , we have to first create the object of that class. Without object we cannot access any of the member of the class.

3. Data Hiding :
As we know that in order to access any of the member of the class, we have to first create the object of the class. But sometimes even by making use of the object of the class , we are not able to access some member.
This is due to data hiding .
And the Data hiding is made possible due to the access control specifiers .
* Private
* Public
* Protected
* Private : The elements or the members which are defined as private cannot be accessed by the object of  the class.
* Public : The elements or the members which are defined as public are accessed directly by the object of  the class.

4. Inheritance :

The process of creating a new class on the basis of the existing class is known as Inheritance.The existing class is known as the base class and the new class is known as the derived class.
The derived class will have more or less all the properties of the base class and some of the properties of its own.

5. Polymorphism
The term poly means many and morphism means forms and the concept of the polymorphism is to use the singly entity for the variety of different purposes.
In data base polymorphism is implemented through,
* Method Overloading
* Dynamic Binding.

Setting Path in  Java:

In case to java,we have to execute the program in the DOS environment.
DOS which is a command driven operating system.In case of DOS,
every thing is executed as per the command given by the user.

There are so many commands in the DOS , so all the command are categorized into ,
(i) Internal commands
(ii) External commands
(i) Internal commands are those commands which always present in the primary memory.
(ii) External commands are those commands which are present on the secondary memory as files.So, before executing these commands we have to set the path where these commands files are present.
The location is specified using the PATH command.
PATH="C:\windows;c:\windows\system"
So, whenever we give an external command  "MS DOS" will look for that external command related file in the current directory,and if the file corresponding to it is not present in the current directory, then it will search for that files in the directories specified with the path command , so it will first look in c:\windows and then in c:\windows\system.

If the file is not found there then it will give an error message ,
"Bad Command or File Name"
Take the following steps:

(i) Double click on the My Computer icon on the desktop .
This is the image of my computer, where we can select the properties

(ii) In the My Computer window find out where the java software i.e. JDK(JavaDevelopmentKit)  is installed.

(iii) Copy the path including the location of the BIN  directory,
In our case it is ,
        C:\j2sdk1.4.1_03\bin
(iv) Right click on the My  Computer icon present on the desktop.And from the sub menu click on the properties option.

(v) The System Properties dialog box will appears on the screen click on the Advanced Tab.

(vi) Click on the Environment Variables button .

(vii) From the list of the System variables ,select path and click on edit button, And type the java path in following manner

(viii) Now ,close all the dialog boxes by clicking on the ok button.And restart the computer ,so make the path take the effect.
(ix) Now after restarting open MS-DOS prompt,

Start->Run...

Type cmd in the run dialog box
MS-DOS terminal window will appear on the screen

To check java is configured, type javac and press enter.

The help regarding javac command indicated that the java path is perfectly set.
        Now, we have a program with name Sample.java in directory core in d:\
(x) Move to core directory :

(xi) Run the program

Industrial Training

We always think that why we need to do this  Industrial Training, Actually it is a very valid Question form your side, But no buddy is  trying you make you understand that why it is necessary to do and what we will learn in these 30 or 45 days. actually the main purpose of this Industrial Training is to give you a small introduction with this word Industry, There is a huge gape in between college studies and Industrial work, So this Industrial Training is only a small try to make you familiar with this word.  "Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, This is the ministry of  Union Government to provide training in various trades. means Government wants that people should skilled under this for their good future. we have number of Government institution those are providing the training in various sector like railways is one of the best example for Industrial Training.
